Busy weekend
We opted (with the due date coming up) to stay in town over the holiday weekend and take things easy. That meant:
- On Saturday: one trip to the Palo Alto Junior Museum and Zoo on Saturday, two trips to the grocery store, one visit from our friend Alex, one meltdown from Sammy after missing his normal nap start time;
- On Sunday, a trip to the farmer’s market and then the Kings Mountain Art Fair (an amazing art festival in the redwood trees), followed by Olivia’s second birthday party, including swimming at the pool there
- On Monday, a trip to the beach (New Brighton Beach in Capitola, very overcast when we first arrived but warming up) followed by lunch in downtown at the wharf.
Not much downtime!
