					<description>Hi,
I am afraid these two are maybe not applicable for Outlook 2003. When I press Ctrl+R it add an invisible character which is this one "°" in Word after displaying the hidden characters. And Ctrl+J shortcut opens the Journal Entry window instead of justifying the text. I am sure there must be different shortcut keys for these kind of formatting but I haven't found them yet. Anyone knows something more?
Thanks!
