The Start menu lets you launch programs, shut down your computer, and access the control panel.
- To open the Start menu, press the Windows key or press Ctrl+Esc.
- To close the Start menu, press the same key again, or press Esc.
- To select the “Shut Down…” command from the Start menu to shut down Windows, press Ctrl+Esc, U, Enter.
